Newly installed floors should be protected as soon as possible after installation with several layers of high solids wax. Floor buffing/burnishing should be performed on a regular basis to maintain shine and remove ground-in dirt. Stripping and waxing is performed when the protective wax layer has grown too thin to be refreshed by buffing/burnishing.

Pricing:

New Installation Waxing - $1.25/sq ft (minimum charge of $450)

Burnishing - $0.55/sq ft (minimum charge of $150)

Stripping and Waxing - $1.50/sq ft (minimum charge of $450)
